VW BEETLE HERBIE 1/18

Take “Herbie” to the Derby! This 1962 Volkwagen Beetle is raced by Jim Douglas (Dean Jones) in Robert Stevenson’s 1968 Disney film, “The Love Bug”. Jim’s roommate named the #53 Beetle after his uncle “Herb,” a professional boxer, whose broken nose resembled the front end of the vehicle. The 1/18 scale diecast model replica comes in white, featuring: detailed interior, detailed engine, and openable doors, hood & trunk. It’s an outstanding selection for any Beetle collector, film buff, or fans of the classic “Love Bug” film!
